Shipping policy

This policy applies to purchases within the United States. It is intended to provide you with a clear overview of our shipping policies and procedures. If you wish to place an order in our store, please read it carefully beforehand.

Shipping, processing and order deadlines

Last order acceptance: 5:00 PM (EST) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
Order processing time: 1–2 business days, processing days: Monday to Friday
Delivery time: 3–9 business days, shipping days: Monday to Friday
Shipping costs: Free shipping within the United States

Cancellation of the order

Your order will be fully refunded if canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Please email us if you wish to cancel your order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be generated, which you can track using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please provide a valid email address if you wish to track your order. A customer account is not required, but it may make tracking easier.

Order cannot be tracked

If you have a problem with your tracking number or the delivery of your package, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become available. In rare cases, tracking information may not update immediately, but you will still receive your order. Please do not contact us until after the estimated delivery time has passed.
